Workshop

Wann?
Dienstag, 04.06.2013 19:00

Wo?
W23, Wipplingerstr. 23, 1010 Wien

Was heißt Aussageverweigerung?

What is a demonstration, does it have to be declared to the police or can it be spontaneous? What may one bring to a demo, what should be left at home? What are my rights in case of arrest? What does refusal to give evidence mean? What can happen if I don't leave the place immediately after a demonstration was disbanded?
This workshop will deal with these and other questions regarding demonstrations and direct actions.

Note: The legal information is only applicable to people with EU passports. People who don't have EU passports, i.e. students from "Drittstaaten", asylum seekers, etc. are confronted with a different (and very complex) legal situation. We are not able to provide accurate information for those people during the workshop.
